Yesterday was a big day for Anna. For the past few years, she's been growing out her hair. Not just because it was thick and beautiful like Rapunzel's (although--she did enjoy that alot...), but because she wanted to grow her hair long enough to donate to Locks of Love. Anna watched our precious friend battle lung cancer and lose her hair and one day she said she wanted to use her hair to make wigs for Ms. Vicki. We talked about how long that process would take, but she was committed. So... after months and months of growing, yesterday was the day! Our precious Ms. Vicki is already dancing in heaven, but I know she would've been so proud of Anna and her decision to do this.

Here's Ms. Ariane-a wonderful friend and our favorite stylist. (At her new salon in Fayetteville--Teazed. It was super cute and everyone was so nice and excited for Anna--which just made the whole experience even more fun!)
And here she is, with her stylish, layered cut. We took around 12 inches off!!
She definitely looks older! But it was sweet, because right after she got it cut, she said she wanted to start growing it out again so she could donate more. Love that girl!
